Signage
A custom metal sign is the ideal solution for a long-term sign and can come in various sizes. Our signs are digitally printed on adhesive vinyl using Roland Eco-Sol inks. The print is then mounted onto a substrate, usually 3mm thick aluminium composite panel (ACM) and finished with a gloss or matt laminate making them fully weatherproof and UV resistant.
Aluminium Composite
Aluminium Composite Material (ACM) is used most often for outdoor signage with a baked-on enamel paint finish and can be lettered with vinyl or be completely wrapped in a full digital print design for the best combination of customization and durability. Corflute & Foamboard
Suitable for both indoor and outdoor use, corflute signage is a great solution for short-term advertising or informational signage. Lightweight and weather-resistant corflute is much used in the real estate, event, and construction industries. Offering both 3mm and 5mm with the option to router cut into any shape.
Foamboard signage is commonly used for presentations, temporary posters or photo displays, and framed displays. Foam core is rigid and lightweight making it easy to transport, it is a low-cost option making it suitable for temporary displays. It is recommended for indoor use only as it is susceptible to wet weather.
The minimum charge out for specialty-shaped router cut corflute is $150+gst
A-Frames
A-Frames are made of steel frames with Colorbond faces, therefore being resistant under most weather conditions. They typically come in two different sizes, Though if you are after a different size, we are more than happy to fabricate for you.

Router Cut 3D Lettering
Router cutting letters, stencils, cutting and engraving a range of materials including acrylic, celuka, high impact acrylic, timbers, ACM and most plastics.
3D and router-cut signage can be manufactured from a range of indoor and outdoor materials.
Signage can be illuminated and/or enhanced with solid colour vinyl or digital prints.
